The training programs I write are unique from person to person,as our bodies are different and according to specific bio-mechanics may react better or worse to certain exercises.I also write "At-home"programs or full calisthenics programs as I don't believe in excuses for not working out.When buying a gig I want you to message me the following:1.Age
2.Gender
3.Height
4.Weight
5.Body fat-if you don't know for sure look at a chart online and overestimate it a little bit.
6.Fitness level-write for how long you've been training
6.1.If you have a certain type of training you enjoy-atlethic style,bodybuilding,powerlifting etc.
7.Time available for a workout-only if you are on a strict schedule
8.Equipment available-also possible to change certain exercises during the revisions.
9.Goal-gain muscle,lose weight etc.
