I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I love sports and exercise and I love nutrition. I will write an article or blog post for you on the following kinds of topics:
- General fitness
- Stretching and flexibility
- Improving mobility and balance
- Calisthenics
- Body weight exercises and workouts
- Basic weight lifting and endurance training
- Sports nutrition
- Getting proper rest
- Hydration
Although there are many health and fitness topics I can write about the following topics I currently cannot provide content on:
- Body building
- Power lifting
- Isolated workouts (i.e. legs workout, chest day, etc...)
