As an avid fitness person I have both researched in cardio and strength training in depth throughout my training. This is due to having to change up my routines for different seasons of the year to accommodate my sporting career. With this learning I have realized how to adapt routines to suit my lifestyle around both my work and activities.After obtaining this knowledge from a variety of professionals I now believe I have the ability to share my experience, preferences and routines that I believe worked for me at each stage.
Choosing any of my packages will ensure you receive a detailed plan of a workout in a PDF format, along with a excel or word document (whichever suits you).
My method of working will be firstly to discuss your lifestyle with working schedules and other commitments and then your aims and desires in the fitness world.
