In the initial consultation, the client's body status will be assessed as well as weight, height, fat mass and lean mass, with constant updates on these factors during the work.

  Each training will be set on the availability of weekly training whether the customer trains at home, in the gym or outdoors as well as the temporal availability that a person has in training, from 20 minutes to 2 or more hours, and on the objectives of the customer.
