If you want to lose weight, gain muscle, gain strenght or you want just to change your eating lifestyle I can do it for you. I need you to tell me if you are vegan/vegetarian or normal eater, what food do you like the most and the least. After I give you the diet I'll monitorize you for 1 month to make sure it's working on your body becouse everybody is diferent. Do you need help? I can help you!
