Create A 4 Week Custom Meal Plan To Lose Weight Without Dieting

Yes, it does matter how much calories you consume during the day. In order for you to lose weight, you need to create a certain calorie deficit. There are two ways to do that: diet or workouts. Ideally, you want to have a split of 50/50 in between them.
