I aim to help every individual achieve their best health status. I offer meal planning, diet counseling, health related articles and blogs in order to educate people about the importance of a healthy lifestyle in everyday life. Being a registered dietitian myself, I also provide direction to patients/clients on healthy living and good nutrition and help them implement meal plans in health facilities, homes and schools. I offer this for people coming from all ages, groups, sectors, gender and health conditions.Reviews
