Hey,
I am a white-collar person who has been working on something else at the office. 
One day, I realized that I was eating unhealthy, gaining weight and seeing older ten years than normal. When I realized that, I was 94 kg ( 207 lb). 
I've decided to change my eating habits and my daily routine totally.
In conclusion, I am a healthy person who is 70 kg ( 155 lb ) right now :).


I will share my own Weight Loss Plan with my journey of Losing Weight from 94 to 70 kg ( 207 to 155 lb).
