Asses Your Diet To Fit Your Goals

Once the  order process has begun, I will send you an attachment known as a food diary. You will fill this diary out with what you ate, or you can fill out what you typically eat. The diary will ask what you ate and what you were doing while you were eating. Additionally, I would like to know what factors play apart of your eating lifestyle. Examples include busy mornings, short lunch breaks, household of picky eaters. Once I have all of this information I will then start assessing your diet. I will track the caloric intake and the vitamin intake. I will then make suggestions about what can be altered to your diet to help you achieve your goals that you deserve!
